Description Of Work to Limestone Flooring:
This sandy coloured Limestone floor had never been finished properly when it was laid, the top of the Limestone tiles were rough from where the excess seal had not been taken off there was also some residue grout on the tiles in places. It had also worn to where the stone had dulled and was difficult to clean.
Bond Stone Cleaning fully restored this Limestone Flooring to better than new, please see the testimonial above. The Process: It started with protecting all the necessary units, fridge / freezer, doors etc once fully protected the limestone tiles were deep-cleaned with specialist stone cleaners and the grout lines were cleaned with grout brushes until clean. The surface of the Limestone was then polished with a diamond pad system, through the grades to a shine finish as per the customer’s wishes. Finally the floor was sealed with a specialist Limestone sealer and buffered to finish. The result was a clean limestone floor with a polished shine which was protected with the correct seal so it stays cleaner for longer. The very final step was to go over the general day to day maintenance for the floor along with cleaning product recommendations.
